Consultation
We do an initial consultation at the start of the therapy. Here, we establish rapport, get to know your concerns, and outline the goals for the therapy. This meeting is an opportunity for us to gather relevant background information about our client and discuss the process of therapy.
Assessment
Next, we conduct a comprehensive assessment using psychometrically sound psychological tests to gain a deeper understanding of the client's strengths, challenges, and underlying issues. Assessment helps us identify specific areas of focus and tailor the treatment plan to meet the client's unique needs.
Intervention
Sequel to the assessment phase, the intervention phase begins. Therapeutic interventions involve a range of techniques and strategies aimed at addressing the identified issues. These are evidence-based practices designed to improve the client's condition. These include CBT, Meaning-Based Therapy, ACT, etc.
Follow-Up
Lastly, we prioritize follow-up for relapse prevention. Follow-up sessions are crucial for monitoring the client's recovery and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. These sessions also provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring that the positive changes made during therapy are sustained in the long term.
