Seun is a Licensed Clinical psychologist who uses a holistic approach that focuses on the mind and body to help people overcome life’s challenges so they can live the life they want. He is located in Ikeja, in the suburbs of Lagos, and can also consult with people via phone or online. Approaching people with empathy, compassion, and respect, Seun aims to understand people and their situation and then work with them to develop a way forward. This is achieved using evidenced-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Seun is experienced working with Substance use disorder, anxiety, trauma, depression, significant life changes, stress, grief and loss, and workplace difficulties (Employee Assistance Programs). He has worked in drug Rehabilitation centres, psychiatric and private settings. Seun is available to consult on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, including evening sessions on a Thursday.
